THANKSGIVING TABLE CENTERPIECE IDEA'S
How gorgeous is this Thanksgiving Table? Now you might be thinking that there's no way you can create a beautiful table such as this. First, let me tell you that you can create this for very little money.
- Purchase all white dinner plates from the Dollar Tree
- Also purchase similar cut flass glasses at the Dollar Tree
- Visit your second hand store to see if they carry antique style plates, purchase however many you need.
- Use your own silverware - only if they match. If not, you can purchase these from the Dollar Tree as well.
- For the center of the table, think about what you have out for fall; beautiful pumpkins that are not cloth.
- Purchase some greenery at Michels or Hobby Lobby, pine can be included
- Lastly, you'll want to purchase lot's of gold or silver metal candle holders. And do I have a surprise for you.
These candle holders aren't heavy and may be tipsy, but with a candle in them I doubt that would happen. For a set of 6, there $12.92 and for a set of 12, there $25.65. This same set is available in black.
I've made this tree shape for you.
I went through 5 tutorials on how to make these trees and have come up with my own.
Cut this template out and print 10 copies. Using really good scissors cut out the 10 pages together. Using binder clips to hold the papers together have always worked for me.
After cutting out, begin gluing down the center, putting another tree on top. Continue doing this for the 10 trees. Now put this first set to the side.
Do this again till you have 5 stacks of trees. Then glue each stack together and holding down with something heavy. Once dry, open up to reveal your first tree for your table.
I chose 50 trees because this will give you a nice full tree.
This can be the bottom piece. Repeat these instructions for the middle and top piece. When finished making each piece, simply glue them together by pushing the bottom piece into the middle piece and the same for the top piece.
Thank you so much for joining me here today.
